Return & Exchanges
Amber Technologies - Due to the nature of the products and the high risk of contamination to Amber Technologies facility. We do NOT accept returns. However, if you should receive a damaged product please contact us.
We want all products and animals to be safe.
Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Amber Technology orders are shipped via USPS Priority. If you need faster shipping, such as next day or overnight - please contact us and we will be happy to work that out for you. Please Note: these methods of shipping are more expensive.
Also, orders that are heavier in weight will be subject to other forms of shipping, such as USPS Parcel, UPS, etc....Some methods of shipping can take a little longer to receive.
International orders: Please contact us with the product/s you would like to order and your address and we will get back to you with the shipping cost. If you would like to continue with the order, we will send you a PayPal invoice with the total amount. Sorry, free shipping to the the US only.
